The Davidson Farmer’s Market accepts SNAP/EBT (formerly known as food stamps).
If you are an EBT card holder, come to the Market and buy local, fresh produce! It’s very simple. Find the Market Table, which is located in the center of the Market. Tell the volunteers you see that you’d like to purchase some Market tokens.
Market tokens come in $1 increments and may be used as cash with certain vendors. If you spend $5.50 at a vendor booth, you’ll get 50 cents back!
At the Market table you will have all your questions answered. And we’ll provide you with a list of vendors that accept the tokens.
